Meet James
Our Director and Head of Recruitment with over 12 years of experience in education recruitment.
He lives in Burnham Village with his wife, and 2 children who both attend school in the local area. James is a passionate advocate for driving positive change in the education supply market focusing on better pay and conditions for all the workers that register with Supply Hive.
James is committed to building a team of education consultants that are highly-skilled at connecting talented professionals with their dream roles. Our primary school specialist, focusing on the Slough and Windsor area, here to help educators excel in their careers.
Born and raised in Slough, Charlotte recently qualified as a HLTA and has since found her calling in recruitment where she continues to have a positive impact on the lives of young people.
With her deep understanding of the education industry and her dedication to supporting job seekers, Charlotte is committed to connecting talented professionals with fulfilling career opportunities. In her free time, Charlotte loves to unwind by listening to the ‘Nearly Weds’ podcast and watching conspiracy documentaries.

Meet Lauren
Lauren is Supply Hive’s primary consultant for High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Amersham.
She joined Supply Hive in late August 2023 after relocating to the UK from South Africa. Fun Fact : She was bitten by a tiger when she was a child and fortunately managed to keep her foot!
Aside from her tiger taming tales, she has a postgraduate Honours degree in Psychology during which she conducted research into the moral development of South African Adolescents across socioeconomic boundaries. She is passionate about matching educators with the right roles while also advocating for education.
Meet Karina
Our Primary consultant supporting schools and educators in the Maidenhead, Marlow and Henley/Twyford area.
Karina has recently completed a BA Honours degree in Education Psychology from Nottingham Trent University where she conducted a research project into parental influence on young people’s confidence and their relationships. Karina likes to unwind by listening to music and by cooking new and experimental dishes in her kitchen!
She is passionate about placing educators into roles that allow them to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Karina was born and raised in Slough and she will now be supporting schools and educators in the Maidenhead, Marlow, Henley and Twyford area.
